Mobile SinglePoint provides U.S. Bank corporate and business clients with convenient access to their time-critical SinglePoint and SinglePoint Essentials services on the go. The Mobile SinglePoint app allows you to effectively manage your working capital and maintain oversight of critical banking functions.

With Mobile SinglePoint, you can:

  • View current and previous day balances, as well as key balance information for your accounts.
  • Transfer funds between DDA accounts, loan accounts, and trust accounts while on the move.
  • Utilize Positive Pay, a check fraud tool that enables quick and confident pay or return decisions. You can review exceptions for multiple accounts and view check images of exceptions.
  • Remotely approve transactions or templates through the Mobile Approval service. This includes ACH batches and templates, wire transfers, wire transfer templates, repeat codes, book transfers, book templates, as well as Positive Pay decisions.
  • Search for transactions within the Information Reporting database.
  • Easily review Bank Messages.

Clients with system administrative access can also approve password resets and provide access to additional users from their business. They have control over who can access Mobile SinglePoint. The services, accounts, and access entitlements assigned to each user on SinglePoint or SinglePoint Essentials determine which functions are available through MobileSinglePoint.

It is important to note:

  • The Mobile SinglePoint app can be downloaded for free. However, your individual mobile carrier may charge access fees based on your plan. Web access is required to use the mobile app. Please consult your carrier for specific fees and charges.
  • The Mobile SinglePoint app requires Apple iOS version 9 or later.

U.S. Bank prioritizes the security of your information. Sensitive account details, such as your username and password, are never stored on your mobile device. All transactions are protected with secure encryption.

Please be aware that Mobile SinglePoint® is designed for business clients only. For personal banking, search for U.S. Bank in the App Store.
